  • There will be minimal dust during the process. We run dust collection systems on all of our machines, which significantly reduces the amount of dust generated.

  • The time you need to stay off the floors depends on the size of the project, but for most jobs, it typically takes about 3-5 days. We'll provide a more accurate timeline based on your specific project.

  • Yes. Fraser's Hardwood Floors has installed or refurbished hardwood in spaces from restaurants in Downtown Nashville, hair salons, art galleries, loft spaces, and homes.

  • Yes, we recommend touching up or painting the baseboards and stair risers after the hardwood installation or refinishing is complete. This ensures a clean, finished look where the trim work meets the new flooring.

  • Fraser's are the only ones I call and trust when hardwood floor work is needed! They have personally refinished all of my floors throughout as well as replacing tile for new hardwood that matched. I also refer them to all of my clients who need floor work and I have never heard a negative complaint. They should be your first and only call you make!
